This policy explains how Akyros Labs handles the personal data you provide when you join our product waitlist. We keep data collection to the minimum needed to tell you when our products launch, and we never sell your data.
The data controller for the waitlist is Akyros Labs LLC
(“Akyros Labs”, “we”, “us”).

We do not use tracking cookies, advertising pixels or analytics profiling on this page.
We process your data to operate the waitlist and send you the launch updates you asked for. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you give via the double opt-in. The opt-in proof is processed on the basis of our legal obligation and legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(c) and (f) GDPR) in being able to demonstrate that consent.
After you sign up we email you a confirmation link. Your address only becomes active on the waitlist once you click it. If you never confirm, the pending entry is not used for mailings and is deleted automatically (see retention below).
Where data is processed outside the EU/EEA, it is protected by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your data, to object to processing, and to withdraw your consent at any time (withdrawal does not affect prior lawful processing). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
Every email we send includes a one-click unsubscribe link. You can also email hello@akyroslabs.com and we will remove your data promptly.
We may update this policy as the waitlist evolves. The “last updated” date above always reflects the current version.
